He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ann Meyer-Offutt; his children, Justin Dyer (Jennifer) and Jessie Dyer (Jennifer White); his brothers, Bennie Dyer (Lottie) and Lennie Dyer; his grandchildren, Hazen Dyer, Russel Dyer and Greyson White; his nieces and nephews, Stefani Dyer-Cicognani, Michelle Hempel, Troy and Nathan; and his stepchildren, Isaac Rodriguez, Abraham Rodriguez and Angela Domment. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
