He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kwan and Mae Kwan; and his siblings, Joyce Kwan and Ronald Kwan. He is survived by: his spouse Betty Wong Kwan; his children, Liesl Ann Perez (Robert), Regina Kay Sherbondy (Frank), Christopher Ken Kwan (Stephanie), Peter Glenn Kwan (Charlotte) and Nathan Andrew Kwan (Marci); his siblings, Roy Kwan (Jeanie) and Bernice Wong (Clifford); and his great grandchildren, Lindsey Perez, Melody Khmelev, Nadia Mendiola (Joe), Anastasia Perez, Andrew Sherbondy (Rudy), Austin Sherbondy, Mason Sherbondy, Tristan Sherbondy, Camille Kwan, Aidan Kwan, Lauren Kwan, Samuel Kwan, Nicolas Kwan, Simon Kwan, Oliver Kwan, Ezra Kwan, Neyda Kwan, Tyler Kwan and Shiloh Kwan. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
