She is survived by: her spouse Raymond Spencer Bennett, Jr.; her children, Karen Bennett Harmon, Carolyn Bennett Hendricks (Steve), Susan Louise Bennett, Kathryn Bennett Allen (Keith) and Sharon Ann Bennett; and her grandchildren, Christopher Michael Hendricks, Brittany Kathryn Allen, Leslie Rene Hendricks, Shannon Harmon Gier (Rodrigo), Jamie Carla Allen and Benjamin Keith Allen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the San Antonio Humane Society or to the American Cancer Society.
