As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Kathryn may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Laws and Alfie Laws; her brother Alton Brooks Laws, Jr.; her husband Lester Leonard Norwood; and her children, Lester Carol Norwood and Leslie Kay Brumley.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Richard Allen Kennedy, Jr., Rusty Allen Kennedy, Robert Allen Kennedy, Shelby Lynn Gonzales, Jillian Bunn and Katy Price.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (1590 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209).
