He is survived by: his wife Hortencia Cardenas; his children, Ruby Guerrero, Genaro Guerrero Jr., Kathy Guerrero, Daniel Guerrero and Tram Anh Nguyên; his grandchildren, Estrella Renee Reeves, Tyler Reeves, Gavin Juan Carlos Sanchez, Genaro Guerrero III, Zachary Guerrero, Khoa Quốc Đăng Nguyên, Khanh Năm Nguyên, Alexandra Diaz and Justin Diaz; his great grandchild Javier Diaz; and his brothers, Eddie, Frank and Raymond Cardenas.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the M. E. Rodriguez Funeral Home (511 Guadalupe St, San Antonio, TX 78207). A rosary was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Little Flower Church (1715 N Zarzamora St, San Antonio, TX 78201). A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at the San Fernando II Cemetery (746 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237).
