He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan A. Rodriguez Sr. and Delfina T. Rodriguez; and his sister Estella Garcia (Fernando). He is survived by: his nephew Roger Garcia; his wife Mary Helen Laque Rodriguez; his sister Irma Davila (Mario); and his stepgreat-grandson John. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 8 Great grandchildren 8 Step grandchildren.
