He was predeceased by: his father Camilo Palacio. He is survived by: his wife Margarita Palacio Alonso; his children, Jose Armando Palacio Jr., Kathy Martinez and Denise Kuhstoss; his sisters, Norma Hernandez and Yolanda Campos; and his grandchildren, Jose Armando Palacio III, Jon Anthonee Palacio, Jason Alexander Kuhstoss Jr., Jaelyn Amilee Palacio, Alyssa Madison Kuhstoss, Ricardo Esteban Martinez, Sebastian Abinadi Martinez and Jace Anuel Palacio.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (9626 Adams Hill Dr, San Antonio, TX 78245). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the San Jose Burial Park Cemetery (8235 Mission Rd, San Antonio, TX 78214).
