He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Wong and Augustine Reyes; and his wife Maria Wong. He is survived by: his children, Jose Wong (Maria), Rosalinda Ortiz (Manuel), Jacqueline Corea (Armando) and Lyn Rincon (Humberto); and his siblings, Maria and Gilberto. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
