He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Salazar; his grandchildren, Isiah, Zavior Salazar and Zoe Salazar; and his siblings, Fernando Ortega, Francis, Virgina, Janie Mandujano, Rosemary Ortega, Guadalupe Morado and Oreo. He is also survived by family members and friends.
