He is survived by: his wife Candyce Baker; his son Jay Allan (Heather); his grandchild Katlyn (Daniel); his children, Bethany (Bronsen), Nathan and Julie (Lance); his grandchild Drew; his child Jodie (Joe); his grandchildren, Abigail and Jacob; his son Jarrett (Tyler); and his brother Terrill (Mary).
