He was predeceased by: his parents, Olivia Mann and William C. Mann; his son Mark Pena; and his brothers, William Mann Jr., James Mann, Herman Mann, Raymond Mann and Gilbert Mann.
He is survived by: his children, Melanie Jean, Elizabeth, Melissa, April and Johnny Pena; his siblings, George Mann, Emilio Mann, Jesse Mann, Fred Mann (Rosa), Michael Mann (Lisa), Andrea Cortez (Javier), Dolores Wells (Randy), Chavela Mann (Jose) and Rosa Mann; and his great grandchild Aubrey De La Cruz.
