He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Jean Mendiola; his daughters, Daria Elisa Munoz (Carlos), Linda Ann Alvarado (Rick) and Anna Monique Alvarado (Jonathan); his siblings, Dario Alvarado and Ida Alvarado; his grandchildren, John Richard Estrada (Richie), Destiny, Julio and Brianne Estrada; and his great grandchildren, Janelle Rose Estrada, Jazlynn Rae Estrada and Nikolas Julio Frausto.
