He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lawrence Johnson Sr. and Manuela Garcia Johnson; his daughter Linda Johnson; his brother Pete Rey Hernandez; and his nephew Angel C. Galvan.
He is survived by: his family Harley; his children, Jessica Rodriguez (JR), Joe Lee Johnson Jr., Harley Johnson and Tori Jaynes; his siblings, Patricia Carbajal (Angel), Linda Galvan (Jesse) and Frank Lawrence Johnson Jr.; his aunt Mary Infante; his brother Bill Peoples; and his close friends, Corey Lipsey and Claude Duke. He is also survived by grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephew, and great-great nieces.
