He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa Hill. He is survived by: his significant other Elena M. Rodriguez; his daughters, Becky Velasquez, Theresa Ruiz (Steven Ruiz) and Trisha Clark (Trey Clark); and his grandchildren, George Garcia, Georgina Rangel, Joshua Hidalgo, Lauren Hidalgo, Angelina Rodriguez and Katie Ruiz. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
