With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeffrey Lee Lopez (San Antonio, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 9, 2025 at the age of 65. He was predeceased by: his father Lee V. Lopez; his brother Gabriel Lopez; his grandparents, Raymundo, Celestina Garza, Guadalupe and Maria Lopez; and his aunts and uncles, Willie Lopez, Mario Lopez, Minnie Macias and Esther Garza.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Lopez; his siblings, Arthur Lopez, Sr. (Irene), David G. Lopez and Tina Garcia (Joe); his nephew Arthur'Guero' Lopez, Jr. (Maria); his niece Emily Celeste Garcia; his great-nephews, Paul Garza (Crystal), Michael Peck and Mateo Peck; his great-niece Jolyssa Martinez (Brandon); and his aunts and uncles, Jesse Garza (Lupe), Robert Garza, Connie Gonzales (John) and Sylvia Garza. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Angelus Chapel (1119 N St Mary's St, San Antonio, TX 78215). A rosary was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church - South San (535 New Laredo Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78211). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the San Fernando Cemetery No. (746 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237).
