He is survived by: his wife Julz Castillo; his mother Josie Lavender; his children, Noah Angel Castillo, Alexandra Renee Castillo and Jason Matthew Castillo Jr. (Mateo); his granddaughter Emilia Esperanza Serna; and his siblings, Jackie (Alex Garza), Mariano III (Yvette Castillo), Michele Castillo and John (Vicky Castillo). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
