He is survived by: his wife Deborah Joan Monroe; his children, John Monroe and Barbara Monroe Cantrell; his son-in-law John Cantrell; and his grandchildren, Joseph Cantrell, Jamie Cantrell, Juliette Cantrell, Jonathan Cantrell and Lindsay Monroe. He is also survived by his family and friends.
