He was predeceased by: his brother Franklin "Butch" Malkemus. He is survived by: his daughter Terri Lynn Malkemus Davidson; his siblings, George "Sonny" Malkemus Jr. and Beverly Loraine Hunt; his grandchildren, Rachel Davidson Amaya and Michael Davidson; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Justin and Logan; and his niece Debbie Rodriguez (Buddy).
