He is survived by: his wife Melissa Uresti Emery; his children, Katlyn Cox of Illinois, Emily Uresti of Placedo, Bradley Emery of Victoria and Adam Emery of Vanderbilt; and his siblings, Juanita Baker of O'Fallon, Judy K, Rodriguez of Corpus Christi, Luwaynia Wilson of Olivia, Peggy Jasso of Greenlake and Delnor Emery of Davis, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
