He is survived by: his wife Bessie Bland; his children, James Miller, Delores Miller-Perry and Barbara Bland; his grandchildren, Pamela Miller Dial (Christopher Sr.), Bryan Keith Miller (Janera) and Frank Harrison Perry, Jr. (Stella); his great grandchildren, Christopher Dial, Jr., Amaya Dial, Kendall Miller and Reagan Miller; and his sister-in-law Jo Marie Grayson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
