He is survived by: his son Hilario Castillo Tobias; his wife Maria Rosa Davila Tobias; his children, Mario Tobias (Kim), Monica Tobias Olis (Jamie Olis), Leticia Tobias Bohne (Alfred Joseph Bohne), Sonia Tobias Jaimes (Jon Jaimes), Angela Tobias Garcia (Chris Garcia) and Victor Tobias (Cindy Rositas); his siblings, Yolanda Arias, Rudy Tobias, Mary Sosa and Anthony Tobias; his grandchildren, Jonathan Jaimes, Christopher Jaimes, Nicholas Jaimes, Nathaniel Jaimes, Lauren, Bianca Bohne, Olivia Bohne, Josephine Olis, Aiden Garcia, Evan Garcia, Joseph Bohne, Arya Tobias and Solvey Tobias; and his great grandchild Ellie Jaimes.
