She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Ward and Jessie Isabel Clayton; her husband Richard Otto Wendt Sr.; and her siblings, Leslie James Clayton of Vanderpool, TX, Raymond Tubby Clayton, Richard Fred Clayton, Jessie Faye Clayton, Lola Marie "Sis" Heisler and Lucille Rawlings.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Otto Wendt Jr. of Converse, TX and Teresa Belyeu (Kerry) of Abilene, TX; and her sisters, Pat Tampke (Bill) of Naples, FL and Mary Cantrell of Utopia, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
