He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Collins; his son Brian Collins; his sisters, Helen Moore and Mildred Nichols; his grandchildren, Noah Collins, Harold Collins III, Joseph Collins and Tara Collins; and his great grandchildren, Eliseo Collins, Harold Collins IV, Domonique Collins and Gabriel Torres.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Castle Ridge Mortuary West (8008 Military Dr W, San Antonio, TX 78227). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM and on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
