She is survived by: her children, Gilda A. Herrera, Marie E. Herrera, Gloria H. Cook, Alex A. Herrera and Daniel V. Herrera; her grandchildren, Scott A. Herrera, Karen A. Herrera, John S. Cook and Mitchell R. Cook; her great grandchild Luca Herrera; and her children-in-law, Ann Herrera and Philip Cook.
