She was predeceased by: her parents, Ramon Garza and Lazara Garza; her husband Thomas Morales Jr.; and her grandson Joseph Morales. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Morales (Martina), Roberto Morales (Patti) and Juan David Morales; her grandchildren, Scotty Morales (Abbey), Juan David Morales, Thomas Wolff-Morales, Michael Porter Sheffield (Natalie), Adam Sheffield (Brandy) and Jamie; her great grandchildren, Joseph Morales, Conner Morales and Jaime Morales; and her sisters, Nelia Vargas, Lazara Moreno and Rebecca Gallegos. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Southside Funeral Home (6301 S Flores St, San Antonio, TX 78214). A rosary was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 9:45 AM and at 7:00 PM. A burial was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209).
