He was predeceased by: his wife Becky Diane Janysek; his parents, Leo Janysek and Bernice Janysek; and his sister Kathleen Pawelek (Marcus Pawelek). He is survived by: his daughters, Sydney Diane Janysek and Shelby Lee Janysek; his siblings, Janice Heubaum, Leo Janysek Jr. (Brenda Janysek), Carolyn Fox (Raymond Fox), Arlene Booth (Chris Booth), Mark Janysek (Nancy Janysek) and Frances Berthold; and his nieces and nephews, RayAnn Pawelek Mahler, Katie Pawelek, Jeffery Heubaum, Cody Heubaum, Angela Fox, Jeremy Fox, Taylor Fox, Troy Booth, Jacob Booth, Caleb Janysek, Colton Janysek, Hailey Janysek, Cory Janysek, Derek Berthold, Jamie Berthold and Dustin Berthold. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or The EveryLife Foundation for Rare Diseases.
