He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Zaiontz Sr. and Sylvia (Lyssy). He is survived by: his siblings, Chris Zaiontz Jr. (Beverly), Donald Zaiontz (Ronda) and Sharon Cowey (Lawrence). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the American Heart Association or The Texas Youth Hunting Program (TYHP).
