He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Arredondo, Sr. and Alicia Arredondo; and his siblings, Margaret Arredondo and John Joe Arredondo. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia V. Arredondo; his daughter Georgina Brooks (Steven); his grandchildren, Alexander Alcala (Natalie), Nickolas Alcala (Dayanara), Alexus Casas (Jesse), Zach Brooks and Morgan Brooks; his great grandchildren, Niah, Avery, Mason, Liam, Elliot, Ryleigh and Elijah; and his siblings, Ernest Arredondo, Jr., Nora Morales, Jimmy Arredondo, Rosemary Saenz (Roy), Sandra Arredondo and Annette Arredondo. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
