He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie C. Green and Betty J. Green; his brother Willie C. Green, Jr.; and his nephew DeMareay. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Clinzelle Dewayne, Clinisha Marie, Emiyah Eunique, Genesis Elise and Hendrix Jimila-Love; his wife Emily Green; his children, Monique, Quenesha, Shanique, Andranique, Imunique, Dominque, Levoncey, Laquetta and Suprena; and his sister Gorgialyn.
During Fredrick's senior year in high school, he donated his kidney to his beloved brother, Willie C. Green Jr. who suffered from Eagle-Barrett Syndrome.
