He is survived by: his parents, Fred Hilliard and Doris Hilliard Bovian; his sisters, Beverly (Jimmy Williams) and Sandra Hilliard; his aunt Jewel Dillard; and his uncle Leonard (Cynthia Dillard). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
