He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Sixtus Waclawczyk, Sr. and Cecilia Waclawczyk Duelm; his stepfather Fritz Duelm; and his siblings, Norman Waclawczyk and Vivian Waclawczyk Polasek (David Polasek).
He is survived by: his wife Carol M. Waclawczyk; his children, Kenneth Waclawczyk (Kim) and Kari Waclawczyk; his grandchildren, Jake Waclawczyk and Ivy Waclawczyk; and his sister Evelyn Miculka (Charles). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, godchildren, extended family members, and dear lifelong friends.
