He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Nathan Caesar, Sr. and Ella Green Caesar; and his former wife Mary Jo Boston Caesar. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Fay Evans Caesar; his sons, Frank Nathan Caesar, Ronnie Christopher Caesar, Jason Lamont Caesar (Dalana) and Carlton Newton Caesar; his siblings, Earl Bruce Caesar (Candy) and Nona Gail Taylor (Carl); and his mothers-in-law, Lilly Mae Boston and Marline Evans (Merlin). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, a memorial service may be scheduled at a later date.
