He is survived by: his children, Frank Delgado Jr. (Gilbert Delgado), Gloria Rodriguez (Robert), Alice Perez and Yolanda Garcia (Debra Macias); his sisters, Virginia, Mary and Dolores; and his nephew Henry Villarreal.
