He is survived by: his wife Alejandra De Leon; his children, Casandra De Leon, Francisco Javier De Leon Jr. and Raul Armando De Leon; his granddaughter Penelope Anne De Leon; his mother Felicitas De Leon; and his siblings, Daniel Garcia, Mary Veloz, San Juana De Leon, Gerardo Barrera, Jorge Barrera, Ignacio De Leon and Gustavo De Leon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services (1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, TX 78043). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
