In the sacred silence of farewell, Fmi is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Fmi's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomasa Bernal and Francisco Ibarra. She is survived by: her sister Estella Ibarra (James Marie); and her extended family Marianist.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (159 Camino Santa Maria, San Antonio, TX 78228). A rosary was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations can be made to Marianist Sisters for the Adele Social Justice Fund that Sr. Estella founded.
