He is survived by: his wife Rochelle; his aunt Delia; his uncle Santiago Garcia; his cousins, Samuel Garcia and James Garcia; his brother Kenneth; his sister-in-law Tammy Neil; his brother Tom; his sister-in-law Rhonda Schmidt; his nephew Taylor Neil; his niece Sabrina (Eric Espinoza); his great-nephews, Isaiah and Elijah Espinoza; his nieces, Keeah Neil and Fiona Hall; and his nephew Andrew Neil.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Shelter 1 Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209).
