She was predeceased by: her parents, Rashaw Middleton and Faye Middleton; her uncle Garfield McConico; her sisters, Joyce Jingles, Carolyn Carter and Judy Mitchell; her brother-in-law Carl King; and her nephews, Earl Thompson and Douglas Middleton.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Lott; her children, Cynthia Davis (Charlie), Dennis (Sharon), David, Darrell, Bryant and Charles Middleton-Chase; her grandchildren, Monique Middleton, Teola McCollum, Nathan Middleton, Jeremiah Mccollum, Darrell Middleton Jr., Pete Lott and Nevaeh Lott; her great grandchildren, Saniya Loud, Khairi Loud, Taiya Cline, Kamora McCoy, Londyn Hubbard and Montrell Keno Jr.; and her sisters, Linda King, Beverly Patterson, Sheila Middleton-Brown, Pamela Long and Peggy Thompson.
