He is survived by: his wife Josephine Alvarez; and his children, Eugene Alvarez (Gene), Eddie Alvarez, Robert Alvarez (Bob), Cindy Ramos, Ann Alvarez-Cole, Albert Alvarez, Gilbert Alvarez and Omar Alvarez. He is also survived by spouses, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
