She is survived by: her sons, James Melvin of San Antonio, TX, Micah T. Melvin of Atlanta, GA and Alonzo Chattmon (Angela) of Albany, GA; and her siblings, Sherman Melvin, Jr. of Statesboro, GA and Min. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
