He was predeceased by: his father Esteban Diaz; and his granddaughter Madison. He is survived by: his wife Minerva Diaz; his children, Esteban Diaz III (Britni), Valerie Diaz and Emilie Diaz; his mother Esperanza Diaz; his siblings, Juan Diaz (Anna), Jose Luis Diaz, San Juanita Rodriguez (Ezequiel), Consuelo, Maria (Arturo) of Rosario, Esperanza and Amanda Gonzalez; his grandchildren, Steven, Kaley and Jacob; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Tijerina and Monica Zuniga (Jesse). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
