It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Errol Franks (San Antonio, Texas), born in Talladega, Alabama, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Franks, Sr. and Josephine Elston Davis-McGee; and his siblings, Teresa Franks and Brian Franks. He is survived by: his siblings, Regina Washington (Ronald), Cecil Franks, Jr., Basil Franks (Deana) and LaTocha Taylor (Eurel); and his nieces and nephews, Angela Volair (Will), Jenise McCarthy, Jordan Uriegas (Tommy), Shamika Franks, Breanna, Jasmine, Natalie, NaTocha, Bassell A. Franks (Julia), Kamau J. Franks, Joshua Taylor (Trinity), Carmichael and Stowe. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
