She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Esparza; and her son Eddie Esparza. She is survived by: her sons, Joe Esparza Jr., Roland Esparza and Rick Esparza; her granddaughter Diamond Sky Esparza-Gonzalez; and her siblings, Diana Huizar, Marina Mireles, Susie Rodriguez and Bobby Espinoza. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
