She was predeceased by: her children, Mario Rodriguez, Ramon Rodriguez, Onover Rodriguez and Irma Tamez; her parents, Triunfo Tanguma and Salome "Meme" Tanguma; and her siblings, Dr. Ramon Hector Tanguma and Mary Lou Tanguma Hinojosa.
She is survived by: her children, Lino Placencio (Margie), Joe Ruth Placencio and Alda Puente (Rudy). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Garza Funeral Home (4571 S Farm to Market 1329, San Diego, TX 78384). A rosary will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Frances de Paula Catholic Church (401 S Victoria St, San Diego, TX 78384). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at the San Diego Cemetery.
