She was predeceased by: her husband Abraham V. Alva; and her son Luis L. Alva. She is survived by: her children, Ella Flores (Pete), David L. Alva, Diana Frost (Jesse) and Richard Alva (Hope). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
