With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elgin Herbert Schulmeier (San Antonio, Texas), who passed away on January 27, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Schulmeier (Evelyn Schulmeier) and Heaven. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his children, Kenneth Elgin Schulmeier (Laura) and Lynette Hill (Dwayne); his grandchildren, Kristy Schulmeier (McKenzie), Kimberly Hill (Grundman) and Justin Schulmeier; his adoptive son Daymian Rogers; and his stepchildren, Henry Rogers, Keith Rogers (Maria) and Samantha Rogers. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren, numerous other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Angelus Funeral Home (1119 N St Mary's St, San Antonio, TX 78215). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Angelus Funeral Home Chapel (1119 N St Mary's St, San Antonio, TX 78215). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Park (1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78218).
MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Elgin's name to the American Cancer Society.
