She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Faldik and Annie Faldik; her husband Laddie Siegel; and her siblings, Tony Faldik, Olga Ingram, Frankie Faldik, Annie Patek and Joe Faldik.
She is survived by: her children, Jeannette Siegel and Larry Siegel (Cathy); her grandson Nicholas; her children, Carole (Kent Garmon), David Siegel (Kelly), Ella and Mila; and her siblings, Marie Petersen, Bernadette Wesch and George Faldik (Carol). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
