He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Fluiett Hullum Sr. and Bertha Olean Hullum. He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Hullum; his children, Blake Hullum, Katie (Alex Well) and Scott (Lindsey Hullum); his siblings, Roger Hullum and Brenda Hullum; and his grandson Paxton Well.
