She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford Miles Keyes and Grace Gabrysch Keyes; her husband William Russell Garrett; her son Jerry Garrett; and her grandchildren, Douglas Victor and Mary Catherine Vangelakos-Sanchez.
She is survived by: her children, Grace Victor (Ralph), Christine Vangelakos San Antonio (Augustus), Loretta McKay (Jerry) and Rusty-William R Garrett Jr.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
