She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorraine Stumbaugh and Mary Stumbaugh; her husband Harry H. Stephens, Jr.; and her daughters, Lorraine Stephens and Lisa Bass.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael, Scott and Mark Stephens; and her grandchildren, Tracy Hall, Bradley, Bryan Stephens, Erin Lorillard Slater, William Lorillard, Shannon Bass and Mitchell Bass. She is also survived by 10 Great Grandchildren.
