He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Boaz and Martha Boaz. He is survived by: his sister Martha Alvarez (Daniel); his nieces, April and Briana Alvarez; his nephew Daniel Alvarez Jr.; and his great-niece Maddy Moreno. He is also survived by his family, friends.
